We want you to love your BRO gear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Have the original hang tag still attached
- Be free of odors, stains, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been:
- Washed or worn
- Altered in any way
- Returned without the hang tag attached
- Damaged due to improper use

Include your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued at your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
